5 Questions With Owner Sari Stevenson

What inspired you to start The Keto Bakery Box?

I began my personal keto journey a little over three years ago. After living a ketogenic lifestyle for a few months, I realized that it was almost impossible to purchase clean keto bakery items anywhere. I began to bake and share. People wanted to purchase my products so I became a cottage food baker. After 10 months of baking as a cottage food operation, we couldn’t keep up and also had a huge demand for shipping, so we went on and got our commercial license.

What are your most popular items?
Our bagels, cinnamon sticks, pretzel bites, and all of our donuts.  Our cookies, muffins, and cakes are extremely popular as well.

What are you most proud about when it comes to your products?
Without a doubt that we are able to keep our products 100 percent natural, using no artificial ingredients, preservatives, additives, etc. They meet a very strict ketogenic profile and are suitable for diabetics and those with celiacs.  Our products are all 100 percent grain-, gluten-, and sugar-free. And, they are delicious!

What city are you based in?
Our commercial kitchen is located in Costa Mesa, however our order pickups are in Placentia.

Where can we find your goods?
Our products can be preordered on our website (theketobakerybox.com), for both pickup or shipping. We also supply several local coffee shops that sell our products. Currently our products can be found at Golden State Coffee Roasters in Placentia, Kaffeine Alley in Anaheim Hills, Pilgrims Coffee House in Fullerton, and Bodhi Coffee in Orange and Yorba Linda.
