KETO CHEESE SHELL TACO RECIPE QUICK AND EASY | KETO DIET TRANSFORMATION DAY 17

Hey guys, welcome to my channel and welcome today 17 of my 30 days keto diet summer transformation challenge Today, we're gonna have a taco night So I'm gonna show you my keto cheese shell taco recipe so you want to keep watching It's almost 1 o'clock

So it's time to break our fast so I'm gonna make some quick lunch I baked some keto bread yesterday So if you didn't see that I have a recipe so I'm gonna link it in the description down below and let's get the lunch started And this is what's for lunch today Mmm, it was a great lunch this Akita brought if you didn't try it yet You should it's really good I like it You can make sandwiches with it or just have it like I did with the egg and have it on the side now I'm gonna make a second cup of coffee and we have some other stuff to do I am later on I think we're gonna do some a grocery haul I'm making the iced coffee I mentioned in my other vlog that we bought this of vanilla sugar free syrup to make my passion Tango Keto pink drink, but this time I'm gonna use it in my coffee just a little bit I'm gonna add about half of a tablespoon of whipping cream and To make it a super treat I'm gonna top it with this spray one So guys you can ask me again if Kira is a sustainable diet Well, hell, yes Who wouldn't want to drink a sweet coffee with whipping cream almost every day and map gaining weight It's amazing guys We ran into a grocery store to pick up a couple of stuff

We went to Walmart Usually we go to all these to pick up our meats and cheeses as it's generally a little cheaper But we just didn't have so much time So just quick a run in to Walmart for most of our vegetables So I'm gonna show you what I got I get these three means we have always a problem to find a good one Which would be fresh These are really beautiful really greeny So I'm probably gonna make some string beans Casserole and just make it also inside with some bacon and and with some barbecue chicken Let me get a couple of carrots our carrots are generally higher in carbs So you're gonna be a really careful videos, but I like to add them into my tuna or chicken salad So I cut those and whatever leftovers our a little or rabbit will eat sheet Love those Then I got the broccoli slaw We left this just on its own or adding it into stir Fry's or you can also put some mayonnaise in it or Thousand Island Dressing and has it as a side dish We also picked up some sour cream as tonight is the taco night

And I also like adding this kind of Packages with the ranch powder in it to mix it up with a little water and then dip your vegetables in it It's great as a snack I also get some alfredo sauce I didn't have it for a long time I would like to make with some a creamy chicken with mushrooms and maybe some cauliflower This one has two carbs in a quarter cup, so it's really not bad then I got something like our lift sauce artists are a great source of good healthy fat You can snack them just on its own or you can add them into a salad I got this Thousand Island dressing This is a little higher in carpets for carbs for two tablespoons But if you go a little sparingly with it I love this thing with my barbecue chicken and that the vegetables we got is an asparagus We loved it just grilled with the butter and the lemon or just steamed Some spring onion I love spring onion in my egg drop soup and basically onto everything Just to make the meal look prettier and greener I got some extra cucumber I want to I'll slice it up with mandolin peeler and make a little sushi with some avocado

I've also picked up some Shirataki those are the miracle noodles with zero carbs I also made a recipe already with these Doing a spaghetti carbonara I'm gonna link it in the description so you can check it out and this time I'm not sure really what I'm gonna use it with but probably some amazing pasta recipe Then I get some a pure vanilla extracts just that I have at home for some good Keto deserts and cheesecakes and stuff then we get some blueberries these were a great price and they are a great source of antioxidants and Then we got some strawberries as well And because we got so much fruit we like this a whipping cream just to have your fruit and tapenade whipping cream and shred a little a Low-carb lillies chocolate on it and it's an amazing quick dessert This one is just one card for two tablespoons and that's it for today's kyoho We didn't buy any meat as I said We're gonna go to all these for that and I'm gonna show it to you when we do What I wanted to mention and give you a little tip and advice is when you buy an asparagus how to store it properly is if you take your a Tupperware or a glass where it doesn't matter and just put a little water like inch or two and Stick them in it cover it with a little plastic bag and you put it in your fridge and that way it's gonna stay fresher way or longer and another great tip when you buy a strawberries how to keep them fresher for a longer period of time you would put three parts of water and one part of white vinegar into some pot and dipped in in For a couple of seconds and then let them dry and they gonna stay fresher longer Give it a try today I'm skipping my snack It's late

And I'm gonna already start the dinner When I eat eggs and avocados, it just keeps me satisfied for so long So I really wasn't hungry So I'm skipping my snack so I'm gonna dip the berries in to the vinegar and 1/2 cup of water and half a cup of white distilled vinegar Lemon that's it The vinegar will help kill any mold which might occur I'm gonna drain them and wash them up You don't want to let them sit in the vinegar for too long as the vinegar would actually suck out all the pretty strawberry red color Yeah, same I will do with the blueberries you want to use a little paper towel and put it back into the Tupperware which it came from and once the blueberries and the strawberries are dry I'm gonna move them here and the paper towel actually helps it to keep the moisture out and they will stay fresh or water I'm not the only one who loves blueberries Ginger does that too? I'm gonna try it What is it no more it's high in cops, you can't have that Hmm so I'm gonna start preparing the taco shells using a chair cheese and I'm gonna fry them in the pan So I got my cheddar cheese I'm preheating the pan I'm gonna be using about Water cop less than a quarter cup for a taco So I'm gonna make a smaller taco shells probably like four or five If you want to see a detailed video how to make a tackle shells I already made a video like that So I'm gonna link it in the description down below so you can check it out And here it is all set up I cooked the beef with some taco seasoning I made on my own I have some shredded lettuce the taco shells I made some sour cream some jalapeno peppers and some homemade guacamole Let's just al qaida tomato lemon juice and some red onion and we're gonna fill it up and enjoy it How was the tagesschau Man those were good

No, I swear I would prefer those over the corn ones any day Those are so good And I hate to have the crunchy corn ones You bite it and the whole thing falls apart these like actually really maintain their shape These cheese taco shells are so filling very fatty really satisfying Oh, wow, ask me again If kiddo is a sustainable diet I'm so full That probably when I even skip tonight's dessert

What is Rob doing? Oh, we got some leftover Just can't leave it alone Just pop it all in one ball May heat all Frankie and just dig it in with the spoon my little salad Taco nights are always a good night We ate it all There's nothing left Rob actually mixed up everything of us left in one bowl as Rousseau and just like lick it off the spoon Yeah, it would be no waste no waste I told you eat cheap So What do we got to do guys? KETO CHIPS | KETO DIET TRANSFORMATION | DAY 22

hello it's a mask alpha welcome to my channel and welcome today 22 of my 30 days keto diets summer transformation challenge my channel is all about healthy lifestyle and low carb diets so if you new break it with some good lunch yeah I am annoying this way I just gonna have egg drop soup everyday like even in the summer I just love it I'm boiling two cups of my organic bone broth then I got two eggs lots of spring only hands I love that some soy sauce some sesame seed oil some pepper and a glove of garlic and I'm just gonna put it all together and that's gonna be my lunch today and that's it guys it took me about three minutes to make it and I can't wait to eat it I really love Chinese food I'm not eating it as much as I would love to as I'm on low-carb diet but this soup is just phenomenal and you don't really have to use any cornstarch but if you would love to taking it up more you can use some xanthan gum instead ordered some Jimmy John's sandwiches for us so I just had that without the bread I just had some ham and cheese with some lettuce and tomato and I also have my side salad here so this is my side salad got avocado grape tomato spinach leaves with a little chipotle ranch dressing and that's pretty much what's for lunch it's about four o'clock and I'm starting to get a little hungry as I had only this soup for lunch so I'm gonna make some great snack for myself now I took out the leftover of the bread loaf I made the other day it was previously frozen and I have to say it defrost it very nice so I recommend it if you need to save a piece of bread in the freezer for later on you can definitely do it with this one so I'm gonna slice two slices to make myself a nice sandwich we're gonna use a little bit of whipped cream cheese I'm gonna use three slices of black forest ham I'm gonna slice a couple slices of cucumber I'm gonna put some pepper on my cucumber and that's it that's what I'm gonna have today's for snack I know a lot of people say that this 90 seconds bread tastes too eggy me personally I don't mind it I don't find it really a too eggy I do enjoy it but I would like to know how about you do you like 90 seconds spread or which of the keto bread versions is your favorite please leave me a comment down below and let me know making some cheese chips so I am using sharp cheddar about half a cup a tray and I'm gonna be making two trays so I just scoop them just like that into a little circle shapes and I will bake them in the oven for 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about six to eight minutes you have to check on them and check them really closely because they cooked very quickly and it can be a little different in your oven so you have to really keep a close eye on them and they don't guys these are super delicious I also liked a little more salt on them and a garlic powder and it's amazing I was a big potato chips lover that's why I gained it so much weight and these are delicious you still have to be careful with those because they have a lot of fat and a lot of calories but when you have these potatoes chips craving these will do I'm super excited I love a good movie and great chips so I think that's gonna happen tonight guys it's almost 7:30 so it's time to start the dinner today I'll be making some chicken thighs corn pop Rica with a little heavy whipping cream as a sauce and I'm gonna be making a cauliflower instead of pasta to go with it it's a really like a great Czech recipe I learn from my mom so today I'm gonna share it with you first what I did i cubed one small onion and edit one and a half tablespoon of olive oil into a pan and I'm gonna fry it up until a little golden then I got my chicken thighs I took the skin off as I'm gonna be boiling it in the sauce and I do not like the skin if it's not crunchy I'm gonna just season it with some salt pepper and paprika you have to be really generous with the paprika I just coat the meat completely as I mentioned I'm gonna be making a cauliflower instead of the pasta as a side dish so I took it apart into small florets I'm gonna fill up the path with salty water and boil it until it's soft and pour it into a pot now I'm gonna thicken the sauce I'm gonna use up see Liam as obviously we can't use flour so I'm gonna just take some water and mixed up see Liam in it and add it into a pan and here it is it took a pretty long time about 35 to 40 minutes but it's gonna be delicious that was a delicious dinner guys if you ever try to thicken your sauce with up psyllium husk just go really little with it because a little goes a long way you don't really want to end up with a slimy like texture sauce it really thickens a lot okay guys so I'm gonna wrap up today's video let's do the last thing of the day day 22 of our 30 KETO DIET WEIGHT LOSS TRANSFORMATION | DAY 27 | EGGPLANT RECIPE

hey guys it's Iva Scelfowelcome to my channel and welcome to day 27 of my 30 days keto diet summer transformation challenge I can't believe that the challenge is almost over I'm also getting questions if I will be doing keto after this challenge is over and the answer is definitely yes with this challenge my keto journey doesn't and it really just meant to be I'm kicking the butt and really good start of this key to a lifestyle so I will definitely keep going so does my husband it's 1 o'clock so I'm ready to break my fast and have some lunch we had the fun day yesterday under reverberant the doggies and we were running really late home so we actually picked up chicken so we had that for dinner and today I'm gonna use the leftover to make me some chicken salad I just shred the chicken I put some red onion some carrots and some celery with Mayo salt pepper and onion powder I put it in my measuring cup to make it pretty and I'm gonna make in 90 seconds priced to go with it I'm gonna actually use coconut flour today just to test it out I don't really think I ever made 90 seconds bread with coconut flour I usually use almond flour so I want to test it out today and see which one I like better I'm cracking one egg into a ball taking my organic coconut flour and will add adding half of a teaspoon of baking powder so I like adding onion powder into my bread I also like adding a little cumin and this time I'm also gonna add a little of oregano leaves I'm actually gonna add half of a tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil it just makes the bread tastier and more like moisture I just like it better that way then I'm taking a Tupperware and I'm gonna use a spray olive oil to spray it in just to make sure that the bread will not stick now using my spatula I'm gonna transfer the bread mixture into my Tupperware and cook it in the microwave on HIGH for 90 seconds here it is looking good and I like my bread fried in a pan so I'm gonna add a little bit of Kerrygold butter onto a pan and fry them up and this is how it looks like guys Oh assembled I can't wait to eat it this bread looks amazing hey what's up guys it's Rob I'm just clocking out for lunch I don't wanted to show you what I brought today so Eva made me some awesome keto bread and I have the chicken from last night some rotisserie chicken we made into a chicken salad with some carrot celery onion and I have two pickles with that I have a hard-boiled egg and some kielbasa for later for a snack and for the fiber for today I just have some strawberries and that's what's for lunch I made myself a cup of coffee and as today free I'm gonna have this a quest bar this one is the cinnamon bun I have I just have because I'm sharing it with Rob so I can't wait to test this one out we already bought like five different flavors so I'm testing it out which one I'm gonna love the mousse to buy the whole box we'll see how this is some of you guys are recommended to heating up the quest bar in the microwave for a little bit so I actually went ahead and I tested it out and let me tell you thank you it was absolutely delicious I can't believe that heating up the quest bar really makes such a difference in the way how the quest for tastes I do really love it I can't wait till Rob tries it out too so once again thank all of you who gave me this tip because it's amazing tip and from now on I'm gonna be eating it just heat up I have a taste for something salty and crunchy so I'm gonna have 15 grams of these sunflower seeds these are the david jumbo sunflower seeds with range in they pretty great they have about five net carbs for this whole package so and the best part of that is that we got them at the dollar store so I'm gonna test that there they go really hard to chew on so you gotta really work hard on that but the flavor is really amazing so I'm gonna munch on that while working and I'll check with you back around dinner guys I'm excited about tonight's dinner because tonight I'm gonna grow some steak and I'm gonna make some pure eggplant bruschetta to go with it so I've got a small eggplant and I just cut it into a 3/4 of an inch thick slices and now each of the slice I'm gonna sprinkle with some sea salt and let it sit and sweat for about half hour before we put it on the grill the reason you put salt on to an eggplant is that you really want to get as much moisture out of there as possible before you start cooking it as we do not want the eggplant to become a mush it doesn't need a lot just sprinkle it and do it from both sides meanwhile I'll go prepare the topping so I'm gonna chop tomatoes some red onion cube some avocados and shred a little garlic so I've got it Oh trapped up and I had a opened can of black olives so I'm gonna chop about six of them also in a bruschetta gonna add a little salt to taste little pepper to taste some oregano leaves to taste and about teaspoon of olive oil now just mix it up to preserve the avocado color I'm gonna squeeze about 1/2 of a teaspoon of a lemon juice in it I'm just gonna put it in the fridge to chill until we're ready to serve can you see how the eggplant is sweating so that's what we need we're gonna pet try it and I'm gonna start the girl to grow them up the last step before putting them on the ground I'm gonna slightly brush them with a little bit of olive oil so they do not stack and so we actually even more add up our fat intake so just slightly I am NOT gonna do anything fancy to the steak just gonna use a little bit of olive oil from both sides and some fresh mixed pepper and then I decide to grill outside when it's hundred degrees out there and stay for half an hour the grill right now and here it is or serve done I just put some salt and extra fresh pepper over my steak and a bruschetta looking amazing guys those absolutely delicious I love just trying on a good recipes and new ideas this bruschetta was absolutely amazing I feel pretty full so I'm probably not gonna have any dessert and if so um I have just some strawberries blueberries in some little whipping cream on top but I don't know yet I'm gonna just finish up my glass of wine and let's wrap up to this video day 27 of our 30 KETO DIET TRANSFORMATION | DAY 13 | SHREDDING DAILY MEAL PLAN

hey guys welcome to my channel and welcome today 13 of 30 days KETO summer transformation challenge it's about 1:30 so I'm ready to break my fast I am intermittent fasting so I'm ready to make some lunch and today I'm gonna have some leftover pizza I met yesterday if you didn't see yesterday's video I made this fat head doe keto pizza so you can go ahead and watch it after this video if you do want to see the recipe I have only one piece left over I'm gonna make a big green salad to go with it okay and this is how my lunch looks like well yeah yesterday when I was transferring the pizza into a container it kind of fell apart on me so it doesn't really look appealing but it still tastes delicious so this is what I'm gonna have for lunch today and I'm gonna check with you around snack time hey guys it's Robin at work I just want to show you what I had for lunch today it's actually the pizza from yesterday's last night's I do so make sure you check out that video charriba it's gonna link it in the description so this is my pizza actually have one slice already just I was starving so I had two slices of this awesome pizza that we made yesterday it's time for me to have some snack it's about five o'clock I just spliced one hard-boiled egg I'm gonna have a coil of an avocado which is the leftovers from lunch and then I'm gonna have this one mozzarella string cheese and that's it and I'm gonna make myself a second cup of coffee to go with it and that's my snack for today guys it's time for me to start preparing the dinner i defrosted some chicken yesterday so I need to use it up so I'm gonna just throw it in a pan and make like a one path meal with bunch of vegetables I do have lying in the fridge so it's gonna be really simple easy quick and tasty so I got my chicken broth I have some Kerrygold butter which I'm gonna cook it and I have some sweet tiny peppers one a green pepper then I have some mushrooms I'm gonna use and some broccoli I'm gonna put it all in one pot and spice it up good with some good spices and it's gonna be awesome in one pot easy dinner alright so I chopped my chicken I checked all of my veggies I edit a little cabbage in it as I said I'm gonna cook it in the carry cold butter I'm gonna also use some a little sesame seed some soy sauce some salt pepper some garlic powder and some sesame seeds I'm a very intuitive cook sometimes I do follow some types of recipes but I always make some own tweaks to it but most of the time I just cook intuitively I pick the meat and pick some sides and I just put it together the way I think it's gonna taste the best I like to experiment a lot and trying a new ways how to prepare our meals I'm here it is one pot 15 minutes meal and this is the last step adding some sesame seeds ham Bon Appetit one path dinner was good it's always good when there is not a lot of dishes and you have a delicious meal done in 20 minutes while we forced the skip our daily walk but because it's raining all day today again so instead of the walk I just took out her cheesecake from the freezer so we're gonna have a dessert before we check out for the day we gotta do the one thing well guys I can't believe it's been 13 days day 13 of our 30-day keto challenge is done it is a hell of a Kia ride guys I thank you so much for watching today's video I hoped you liked it give it a thumbs up and don't forget to subscribe and we're gonna see you again tomorrow good night

KETO DIET TRANSFORMATION DAY 18 | KETO ON THE GO | SHREDDING DAILY MEAL PLAN

hey guys welcome to my channel and welcome today eighteen of my 30 days keto diet summer transformation challenge today is a beautiful day and it's also our day off so we went in the morning and we about to take our kayak again on wiki Bucky a river so I packed some a lunch with us when it's time to eat it I'm gonna show you what I bring with I'm really excited because I love paddling and kayaking and the water in general is like super hot here in Florida so we're about to have a beautiful day guys we finally in the destination and the current is not strong yet so we want to paddle as far as we can and then we're gonna stop and have some lunch I'm gonna show you what I packed on the road I'm gonna burn some calories today and I'm gonna show you my boat and in the water on Weeki Wachee River nice huh this is like Airbnb heaven right look at these houses I've picked some salami ham and cheese with little mayo and I've wrapped it in some lettuce leaves and some cherry tomatoes I made two for myself and three for Rob and then I brought some string cheese as well so we're gonna enjoy some lunch and put some more paddling in that's $120 we spent or actually it was a santa clauss bath we love it guys we back home it was a lot of paddling and we spent about six hours there it was a lot of Sun so we completely shot we actually took a 30 minutes catnap and now I just made some iced coffee before we gonna start doing the dinner this is my little afternoon treat I put some sugar-free vanilla in it and I topped it with some whipping cream and um and I'm gonna really enjoy that I need the caffeine oh he got so nice to end today it was very sunny Angus while we were home he came back home and after catnap and stuff and actually start pouring rain again now we are ready to start the barbecue i marinated the chicken up previously in the morning so it had a many hours in the fridge just chilling and soaking in all the awesome flavors I'm gonna show you what I typically use as a marinade I am using an olive oil I'm always adding this buffalo wing sauce just to give it a little kick always adding a soy sauce and I finally got this sugar free barbecue you can see my a previous grocery haul and my previous vlog and this one is amazing so I added this one in my marinade as well and I never forget I'll put some little splash of this liquid smoke it gives the meats just amazing a smoky flavor and we really love it and I just whisk it up and put the chicken in there chicken doesn't need marinating for too long couple hours is fine even two hours if you have at least but that's just enough and with the chicken I'm gonna make some string beans today so these are the string beans I showed it to you in yesterday's mini haul so you can go see it as well these are really nice it's like a two pound bag so we better eat a lot of string beans but this is gonna be amazing and I'm gonna cook them in I chopped three slices of bacon so I'm gonna fry it up and cook it along with the string beans and that's gonna be the side dish oh look at this guys when it rains over here we actually got ourselves a little river here on our own in our backyard I was just saying that we always went to the rains get this little river behind our trailer and I was just thinking that maybe next time we don't have to take it a boat and go to the real River we could maybe just pop it in the backyard and it's a little training there nice rainbow in the backyards at 18 I told him to get hop on that rainbow and get get the part with the money but say he can't make it I've marinated four chicken breasts so – we gonna have for dinner and so we gonna have for tomorrow so we can have some leftover or some salad or just some veggies on side that was super delicious that are very easy like you know by now that we really love to grill outside too not making our camper any hotter so we do really enjoy the scrolling season and there's nothing better than just have a piece of grill meat with some size veggies and if you add the bacon in it that's just like top well we're gonna wrap up today's video it was a busy very funny day for us and let's just do the last think we gotta do guys I obviously can't keep track at this challenge goes by so fast that I even in the morning told you that it's day 17 but it's actually day 18 and it's officially over thank you guys so much for watching today's video I hoped you liked it don't forget to give it a thumbs up and don't forget to subscribe if you didn't do so yeah goodnight you

hello guys welcome to my channel and welcome today three of 30 days Keto summer transformation challenge I woke up today at 8 o'clock in the morning already starving probably didn't eat enough calories yesterday but I had so much work to do that I really didn't have a chance to grab a meal so it's almost 2 o'clock and I'm finally ready to break my fast so I'm gonna put together some real quick lunch so I just heat up some bratwurst we grow two days ago I have some sauerkraut with it I cooked two eggs and I have like a 1 cup of spinach and baby kale and a couple of cherry tomatoes and I can't wait to dig in I'm so starving guys YUM that was delicious I love these easy lunches when you just open the fridge and throw together some leftovers that's the best and the least amount of work I also made some keto bread rolls for Rob to take to work and I made him some tuna salad I just throw together some celery onion baby carrots 1 egg tablespoon of mayo and some salt and pepper well maybe Hiro send me a video of his lunch like he did yesterday we'll see hey guys it's Rob I had a little party at work it's one of our colleagues baby showers so it's Moana themed that's where I got my little late here so no I will not Hulu for you but I just wanted to show you what we were having for lunch I got my Kito bread to her sandwich and my side salad because lettuce and kale avocado tomato onion cucumber and I've been really going for the side salads pretty much every day to get my good fats my avocado and some leafy greens in that's what's for lunch now I'm gonna just sit on my caramel tee and I'm gonna do some more of work and I see you at snack time we want to hang out today and have some barbecue so I'm about to marinate some chicken just a quick a little easy homemade Marone which I usually make I use some olive oil about 2 tablespoons some buffalo sauce this has no carbs whatsoever so it's a great option to a barbecue sauce then I use some soy sauce and some garlic powder let's get up and here goes my chicken close up shake it a little bit put it in the fridge I'm just gonna let it rest in the fridge for a couple of hours until we eat and I'm probably gonna just prepare a bunch of vegetable steamed in butter or something like that just to go with it very simple and easy where you're really taking advantage of this grilling season since we move into our fifth wheel we've really spent a lot of time outside with the dogs and we grill and we hang out and play the frisbee and stuff like that so we've really enjoy our little camping adventure hello Missy what would you like mommy has to work come on she wants to cuddle she's a big we got her five years ago yeah she's gonna be five now third girl oh where are you going my dog ouch ouch ouch my dog apparently thinks that she is a popper guy you are not you think so it's okay you can protect all pretend for you guys you completely forget yesterday about these chocolates I made this is how they look like old down popped out of the ice tray we forgot so we went for the cheesecake but Lisa I cannot happen today I guess it's time to have a dinner I'm skipping my snack today I wasn't really feeling hungry so I just started to have barbecue and I'm gonna steam some vegetables I've got mix of cauliflower and broccoli here I'm gonna steam it and then just put some Kerrygold buyer in it this will go in the ground ah steam so most important carryover about TSP and this is it I made some coleslaw I just mix it with a little bit of mayo and some salt and pepper mmm Conway to it guys the dinner casts me a little sweaty I got my little cuddle bun here with me for a little oh yeah I just wanted to show you our little awkwardly about it overdose at the dollar store but this is the only way how we keep track of taking every vitamin what are we taking on daily basis are we really trying to do I kind of suck at it sometimes but we taking a multivitamin we taking a coenzyme q10 we taking a calcium potassium and magnesium and me taking a collagen so sounds like a lot of pill with cannabis so I don't think it's nine o'clock so I don't think I'm gonna have any dessert I'm a snack on some pork rinds other log it in and you will see it in the description down below how many calories are actually aged today but let's not forget to do the most important thing today where's my banner so they three of our 30-day keto summer transformation challenge is done guys thank you for watching this video I hoped you liked it you can always give it a thumbs up and don't forget to subscribe as we have another 27 days to go so you better don't miss it I'll see you tomorrow night

KETO DIET SUMMER TRANSFORMATION | DAY 6 | EATING FOR FAT LOSS

hey guys welcome back to my channel and welcome to day 6 of 30 days summer keto transformation challenge it's about one o'clock so I'm ready to break my fat ass I am into it bad thing and I'm about to make some quick easy lunch Ida first it one of these kid of psyllium buns I already made a recipe video how to make those so I'm gonna link it in a description down below so you can check that out these are really good I'm gonna spread a little bit of Kerrygold butter on it and tap it with some brie and I also like to have a vegetable with every of my meals so I'm gonna slice couple slices of cucumber and some tomato I'm gonna use my weight scale so I can measure everything and every single calorie I'm eating so I'm gonna zero it down with the bread on it I'm gonna spread a little of a butter over it I'll do the same with the other half and I'm gonna zero the scale once again so I can measure how much brie I'm putting on using a little pepper put over my cheese and over my vegetable and some little salt to put on my veggies and here it is this is my lunch it's about 500 calories I wish I do have alfalfa sprouts to top it with but I don't unfortunately so this has to do the lunch was very filling and now I'm about to make myself my second cup of coffee so I'm gonna go ahead and do that and do some work and I'll check with you around next time hey guys it's Rob I'm at work I'm about to take my lunch and I just want to show you what I took for lunch today on the go so you get some good ideas on what you can bring with you to work I have here some egg muffins that Eva made and I have some sliced ham because I just I love egg and ham it's just a good combo for me I also have some kielbasa to have his little snack I'll probably save that for later I'm probably not gonna eat all this at once and I just wanted to bring some veggies I have some sliced cucumber I have some grape tomatoes and some carrots and a little chipotle ranch to dip those in I got some good fats with the with the ranch sauce and there's some cheese in the egg muffins I just wanted to show you guys what's for lunch and we'll see you it's time for a little snack so I'm taking these bite-size hard salami so I'm gonna add one serving of those and my favorite blue cheese stuffed olives I'm gonna have four or five of those for dinner I think I'm gonna bake the whole chicken so we have a couple of meals throughout the week because that bird is really big so I always sir plan ahead and make sure I have two three or four recipes in mind so I know exactly what I'm gonna do with the leftover of the chicken nice I would like to show you parts of my home workout routine I've been trying to incorporate more exercise especially now on the 30-day Keogh transformation challenge so I thought that you might be interesting in what I am doing so do side exercises I am doing at home I'm using this elastic bands these are amazing for home workouts they come in different types of resistance so you can adapt their resistance as you go in as you build a muscle the black one is the highest one so hopefully on the end of this challenge I'll be all the way up at the black one let me know guys if you do enjoy these types of videos about home workouts I have a lots of home exercise plans which I can share with you if you interested so let me know if that's something you would like to see as well when I workout at home I'm usually trying to put in at least 30 minutes of exercise and I am incorporating the whole body but when we go to the gym we usually focus on just upper body or lower body or on certain muscle groups now I'm gonna take the doggies outside for parties and for a little walk and then it's almost a time to start preparing the dinner so here is the bird I preheated the oven for 450 degrees Fahrenheit and I'm gonna cook it probably for about 45 to 60 minutes I just put salt and pepper inside and outside of the bird and some oregano leaves and you don't really need any other additional fat as the skin will really released at all and then you're just gonna take the sauce from the pan and keep pouring it over a couple times while it's baking I have the chicken in the oven and about 15 minutes before it's done cooking I'm gonna start preparing my cauliflower rice you can buy a frozen cauliflower rice at the grocery store but I personally do not do that because for me it's just overpriced it's like $3 something here in Florida for a little package which is not even enough for both of us so I do it at home I'm gonna show you how it's really easy I just a big head of a cauliflower took about half of it separate it into smaller pieces and I'm gonna put it in my kitchen blender and blend it until it's like rice like sized for the cauliflower rice I'm melting 1 tablespoon of butter in the pan now I will add the cauliflower rice into a fan and I'm gonna spice it up with some curry salt and pepper and some garlic powder and it's all done and I served it like that I think it's pretty cute I'm using my measuring cup to put the cauliflower rice in this shape just for the presentation and I'm starving I'm gonna dig in the chicken was really good cauliflower rice is always a great choice as a side or on its own we have a lots of chicken leftover I have a couple of recipes in mind so I know how I'm gonna use up the rest yeah every time we get that whole chicken it's like good like 6 portions full 5 bucks it's amazing budget-friendly ketta so we about to do the dishes and it's pretty late already so I already did my workout so we're gonna skip our daily walk and we're just gonna brew some tea and chill and hang out and let's not forget to do the most important thing day six of our thirty days ketta summer transformation challenge and I'm just gonna crumble it into my salad guys this is one of my favorite summer salads is this only spinach some kale avocado goat cheese shrubberies and walnut so full of healthy amazing fats which will keep you full as a dressing I'm using this coconut sesame dressing from all these this one has just one total carbs so it's a perfect match it's a little sweet so it goes very good together with this a summer amazing sweet salad so I'm gonna dig in as it's really like today I actually finished my 19 hours fast for the first time and I feel great so Bon Appetit to me and I'll see you whole baked chicken we had some leftover chicken wings so I had two chicken wings I brought two eggs and a couple of slices of salami some monster cheese one slice a monster cheese for some snacks and I also have half an avocado some sliced cucumber some carrots which I shouldn't be eating carrots are actually hiring carbs you really want to go with the more of the above ground vegetables and I have some grape tomatoes and a little Thousand Island sauce just for some dipping and that is what's for lunch on day eight I've mentioned yesterday that I've been having a little mild uncomfortable headaches and I'm not sure if it's due to starting Kido flu or what's going on so I've decided to increase my potassium and magnesium intake so I'm taking some multivitamin and also to increase my sodium so for today's snack I've picked this bone broth this one is beef one and I'm just gonna cry one egg in it and add a little garlic as garlic is actually inflammatory so I like to eat as much of that as possible as well and I'm gonna go a little heavier on the salt and a little pepper and that's gonna be mass snack so I've measured 2 cups of the bone broth and I'm gonna bring it to boil guys maybe not so appealing but absolutely delicious great keto snack great way to bump up your electrolytes and it takes about three minutes to make it and I'm just a big suit flutter so this is a great option for me it's almost eight o'clock so it's time for me to start the dinner I don't feel so much like cooking today so I'm just gonna put together some turkey patties to put on the grill and I have a bag of organics tiny sweet peppers so I'm gonna put those there on as well and probably a zucchini so we have more veggies or I don't know you have a better idea now well that's normal well I have idea I'll just set up the barbecue for you well yes so you can tell who is the mr chef here in this family all right so let's let's do it so I have this ground turkey this one you would not believe it was dollar fifty it's a t5li and fifteen fat so I'm gonna use it all I'm gonna make four patties so we have some leftovers for tomorrow adding some salt some pepper garlic powder a little bit of triple the seasoning and about teaspoon of liquid smoke well little change of plans this cheap turkey actually is it was frozen so it's kind of watery it would definitely not hold as a patty firm so it would fall apart so I'm just gonna pop it in a skillet with the veggies and I'm just gonna saute it all to get it like a little mishmash jambalaya we'll see how it come out so hopefully I'm gonna save as the nurse so it's looking pretty good now just like that's Brundle and I chopped my peppers and two of medium zucchini so I'm gonna add it in well sometimes a girl has to improvise well what can you do but I bet it's still gonna be delicious I decided to add some mushrooms in there so I cooked about 4 bigger heads of mushroom so I'm gonna pop it right in and here it is looking good hopefully it tastes the same let's go give it a try oh this mishmash jambalaya was actually pretty good we did like it so maybe I'll experiment more often now hi right that was pretty good yeah well I keep saying that we know that rich to buy cheap stuff well but when we saw this dollar 50 ground turkey we just left it like that well lesson learned now we gonna brew some tea I wanted to show you this salted caramel LT is our new favorite it's so good really good so like sweet just that really good takes care of that sweet create mmm so we're gonna have that and I'm gonna make some little dessert today I'm just gonna chop some celery and I'm gonna use this natural peanut butter creamy one to just spread it on it and that's gonna be our night dessert and I'm all set well today is over this is the only thing I'm gonna eat today so let's do the final thing we have to do all right yep peanut butter I don't peanut gotta get the fat in well they ate is officially over so start of the KETO DIET SUMMER TRANSFORMATION | DAY 7 | STUFFED PEPPERS

hey guys welcome to my channel and welcome to day seven of 30 days Keto summer transformation challenge it's about one o'clock so I'm ready to break my fast I'm gonna make some easy quick lunch using the leftover from the baked chicken I'm ate yesterday I got hundred grams of chicken I'm gonna chop some onions some celery I'm gonna put some little avocado in it I'm gonna use about half of a tablespoon of mayo some salt some pepper and I baked two slices of bacon so I'm gonna add that one in as well so I'm gonna shrink the chicken I'm gonna cubed a little bit of onion chop my celery stick I like to edit celery into my chicken salad as I do like the extra crunch adding salt cutting pepper half of a tablespoon of mayo chop the kabocha doh and now I'm gonna add my bacon and here it is this is what's gonna be for lunch it's a simple chicken salad full of good healthy fats and quality protein I'm gonna make myself cup of coffee and I'm gonna check with you again around 6:00 am

hey guys it's Rob I'm reporting live from work and I just clocked out to take my lunch break and I wanted to show you what I had here I kind of failed today with lunch because Eva made me some great chicken salad and some great keto bread and I totally left the keto bread at home on the counter she just texted me I'm a little mad about it but so I'm gonna have to have this without my Quito bread chicken salad we got some celery in it some onion and that was from the whole chicken that we made we got some sliced kielbasa sausage smoked sausage with some sliced hard-boiled egg and I have my side salad here so we have some avocado in that kale spinach grape tomato cucumber and my dressing I use I love this cheap Oatley ranch dressing it's from simply nature so I'm pretty sure that it is organic and they only use natural ingredients which I love it's low in carbs it's high in fat so the chipotle ranch definitely my favorite dressing that's what's for lunch I've been having mild headaches for last day or two I'm not sure if it's a little Kido flu and I'm missing some electrolytes or I've been also going through some rough stuff with my family my dad's having some serious health issues back home so I'm under a lot of stress so maybe that headache is just due to that well I'm gonna make sure to actually get a lots of electrolytes but other than that I feel really good I feel flattered it's going really great for me and for up as well we do really love this lifestyle and we're really excited to continue in this 30-day challenge it's five o'clock so I am ready to have some snack I'm gonna just heat up the leftover of the ham and cheese Stromboli I made two days ago it was absolutely amazing so delicious you guys have to try that the recipe out I'm gonna serve it just on couple leaves of spinach and baby cam just to get some brains and as I didn't have any today yet this is my yummy afternoon snack guys I'm having very uncomfortable headache as I said I'm not sure if that is a sign of maybe a keto flu but just to prevent it I'm just gonna have some some of the pickles just to bump up my electrolyze there's our full of sodium so hopefully that will help cuz I got it seven o'clock so I'm gonna start preparing the dinner I'm gonna use up some of the baked chicken I made yesterday so I was thinking I would just fill up some green bell peppers do you want a little pepper do you want a little pepper so very good so I washed the peppers and now I'm just gonna cut a little opening and get the right of the seeds inside just like that taking a pan I'm gonna bake these peppers for about 15 minutes in the oven for 400 degrees Fahrenheit on its own now I'm taking some of the chicken from yesterday and I'm gonna finely chop it I put it in the bowl already chopped and I'm using some salt a little bit of pepper well a little bit more some garlic powder some onion powder some basil leaves now I will add 2 tablespoons of sour cream in about third of the cup of a cheddar I'm gonna mix it all up an hour just will wait till the peppers are done so I can fill them up and we're good to go okay so the peppers are precooked so now I'm gonna stuff them up with the chicken mixture back in the oven for another about 15 to 20 minutes so after 15 minutes I took it out of the oven and I'm gonna add some extra cheddar cheese on each of the peppers and bake it for an additional about 3 minutes until the cheese is melted and here it is it's another good way how to use your baked chicken or if you buy a rotisserie chicken and this is how it looks inside we're gonna dig in down we enjoy the dinner very much you can hear them tick at us we're gonna take our power walk and we're gonna be back to have some tea and some dessert so we're ready to have our a night cup of tea and some no-bake kita tsk well this liquor is waiting to get some strawberry tops so we treat her to a little treat all right we still have one more thing to do so day seven of our 30-day keto challenge is over guys thank you so much for watching today's video and if you did like it give it a thumbs up and subscribe we have a lot of days ahead of us big challenge lot of pounds to lose so we would love you to join us and support us and I'm gonna see you tomorrow good night
