Sandwich fans, take heed: Mendocino Farms has added a new outpost at 2000 Ross Ave., Suite 160, in downtown Dallas’ City Center District.
Mendocino Farms, which has locations in Texas and California, offers an elevated, health-conscious take on traditional sandwiches, salads and other deli fare. On the menu, expect to see items like a Peruvian steak sandwich, vegan bánh mì, chicken Cobb salad, keto club lettuce wrap and sides like spicy curried couscous, seasonal soup and marinated red beets with quinoa.
The fresh eatery has already attracted fans thus far, with a five-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp.
Belem P., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new establishment on March 10, wrote, “The food was amazing. I ordered the Farm Club with the basil pasta side and tea. The Farm Club is savory and flavorful. Very filling, and they don’t skimp out on the ingredients.”
And Natalie B. noted, “Gorgeous surroundings, friendly staff. … The beet and quinoa salad was so unique and tasty! For my lunch, I got the prosciutto and chicken salad with a basil pesto dressing. It was divine!”
