Hello my dear friends Welcome to 5-Minute Kitchen with Shraddha Today we will make Paneer (Indian Cheese) Cheese that doesn't melt We only need 2 ingredients for this and the important thing is that it does not contain preservative which makes it healthier Best keto ingredient for Vegetarians You can make chili paneer, palak(spinach) paneer Broccoli Fritters and many other low carb and tasty recipes with this Indian Paneer Please SUBSCRIBE to our channel if not done already Hit the bell icon to be the first one to get new Keto recipes every week Let's start Take 2 litre whole milk Pour milk into a large wide pot and set over medium heat So milk will not get stick to the bottom of the pot please use fresh whole milk which makes the paneer soft and tasty Keep stirring in between do not remove the cream from top as it adds to the softness of the paneer Add lemon juice when milk comes to boil Stir the milk with the help of spoon You can also use curd(Yogurt) in place of lemon juice Turn off the flame just after adding the lemon juice else paneer will become hard if we keep heating after this point Immediately you can see that milk begins to curdle white milk solids and the greensih liquid(whey) separate Drain the whey Pour it into the cheesecloth-lined colander

Gently rinse with cool water to get rid of the lemon flavor Make a knot to the cheese cloth and gently squeeze any excess water Excess water is removed by squeezing Open and press the paneer Now for giving shape to the paneer we will fold the cloth in rectangular shape Set a second plate and some heavy weight on the top Let it rest for 2 hours I kept paneer in the refrigerator for 1 hour after that so it is properly set now Place paneer on a flat surface and cut panner into cubes You can also give it a shape of your choice Soft & healthy Homemade paneer (Indian Cheese) is ready now You can make many interesting keto recipes with this 2 litre Milk = 275 grams Paneer You can refrigerate and use this for one week This does not contain any preservatives hence it is very healthy & full of protein as well Share your feedback in the comment section Thanks for watching 🙂
