Now, however, the singer has spoken out about the a book that has changed her life.

She revealed she read Untamed, Stop Pleasing, Start Living by Glennon Doyle.

She shared an image of the book’s cover, and wrote: “If you’re ready – this book will shake your brain and make your soul scream.

“I am so ready for myself after reading this book!

“It’s as if I just flew into my body for the very first time. Whew!”

The lengthy caption went on: “Anyone who has any kind of capacity to truly let go and give into yourself with any kind of desire to hold on for dear life – Do it. Read it. Live it. Practice it.

“We are a lot! But we are meant to be a lot!

“Read this book and have a highlighter on hand to make notes because you’ll want to refer back to it trust me! I never knew that I am solely responsible for my own joy, happiness and freedom!!

The book is a biography and self-help book, which encourages women to stop trying to please others.

The singer is a mum-of-one to a son she shared with her ex husband of three years Simon Konecki.

She lives in LA and is reportedly working on new music.

Adele is said to have worked with a fitness guru who trained Lady Gaga, Rihanna and Katy Perry. 

She has been following 35-minute long fitness regimes five times a week.

The source told The Sunday Mirror: “Adele is feeling incredible at the moment and her weight loss is due to a lot of things but she is also been getting tips from Harley.

“Lady Gaga told her how brilliant Harley was. And that convinced Adele to get in touch.”

A source told People magazine Adele ate a diet of 1,000 calories a day to slim down, and drank one cup of green juice a day.

They said: “She got to the point where she didn’t feel great. She knew she had to change something, because she wants to be the healthiest mum possible.

“Her whole focus during the weight loss journey has really been all about how she can be healthier and how can she treat her body better. It was never about losing weight.”

The singer is also said to have followed the Sirtfood diet, a plan that encourages followers to eat food with proteins that affect metabolism and inflammation.
