“Great pulled pork. I did hog roast for twenty-five years and I can say these people do it right. Great taste, juicy, & definitely worth it.Glad you put bbq sauce on the side. Pork was great without it. 5 STARS +.” – Thomas C.

Grilliant Foods was established in 2014 by owner Ernie Verbarg as both a catering company and a competitive BBQ team. At the beginning of 2015, they decided to change directions and expand to a full restaurant and shop. They found a location – a European market and deli – with roots in the community. Not wanting to take away the imported European goods from the central Indiana area, they decided to continue stocking the grocery part while adding their own ability.
Continuing forward, they will also be carrying a variety of goods from local merchants. Everything from coffee, to BBQ rubs, and whatever else they might think of.
