Lose Weight On Raw Diet

Hi guys; I hope your all well. It’s currently Sunday the 15th of March 2020 and welcome to week 218 of my weight loss journey.
In last week’s video we all saw I had a loss of 1 pound or 0.4 kilogram which saw my Body 48.5
I’m going to start the proceedings off just like I always do by reviewing my calorie consumption for the past week, which you can see in the graph above.
The average of this was 2,424 compared to the previous week at 2,584.
So it’s back within my 2,500 calorie allowance for the week….very happy with that.
My fluid consumption has also increased from last week to 3,497 millilitres.
Just short of the 3,500 millilitres that I try to achieve on a daily basis.
Close…but no cigar.
But if we now move onto my step count, which you can also see in the graph above.
The average of this was 9,630 compared
to the previous week at 9,699.
So it has….come down very slightly and it’s still below my 10,000 step mark average for the week.
So obviously still need a bit more work on that.
So I’m going to try my best to fit in as much work….walking after work….where possible.
Its that time of the week where we all get to see if I’ve managed to lose any more weight.
So here it is guys, heres my weigh in.
I weigh 165.9 kilograms which is 365.7 or 26 tonne 1.7 pound.
This means in the last week I’ve actually maintained my weight, no loss, no gain…..maintained.
But if I compare this result to the result I obtained a Slimming World, you can see this right here.
At Slimming World this week I also saw a maintain result.
Based on this week’s maintain result it obviously means my Body Mass Index (BMI) can’t go anywhere and will remain at 48.5
And the same can be said for my third weight loss target, which will stay at 50.7% complete.
So in the 218 weeks I’ve been doing this weight loss journey.
I’ve lost a total of; 175.5 pounds which is 79.6 kilograms or 12 stone 7.5 pounds.
Next week I would love to be able to stick within my calorie consumption of 2,500.
Lets make it two weeks in a row shall we.
My fluid consumption; I just need to nudge that up slightly to get it…past the 3,500 millilitre mark.
That’s easily doable.
And activity wise…..yeah I want to get that above 10,000 steps if possible.
I’m gonna do my best after work to fit in as much steps as possible.
But other than that guys, that’s it. That’s the end of this week’s video.

  1. Hi Stu! You look great. I think you've gone down in inches. Way to get the calories back down. Maintenance is a win! Im back on track as there is less stress at work. Our April 15th tax deadline got moved to June 15th due to the health circumstances. California has been placed in shelter quarantine so only go out for work, food, gas or emergency doc visits. The following months I am going to lose all the extra I gained. Going to hit my lowest target. We got this friend 💪
