Lose 20 Pounds Same Size Jeans

Hi guys; I hope you’re all well. It’s currently Sunday the 12th of January 2020 and welcome tweet 209 of my weight loss journey.
I going to start the proceedings off by reviewing my calorie consumption for the past week, which we can see in the graph above.
The average of this was 2,490 compared to the previous week at 2,942.
So it has come back down and if you recall in last week’s video, I set myself the new calorie stat of 2,500 calories per day or as an average over the week.
It’s my first week being on that new stat and I’ve managed to be within that…by just crawling within it by about ten calories.
Very close to the margin, but overall it’s on target.
My fluid consumption is 3,589 millilitres compared to the previous week at 2,821 millilitres.
So a massive increase in fluid consumption this week.
And if you recall last week as well, I did increase my fluid consumption…from 3,000 millilitres to 3,500 millilitres.
So I’ve achieved this target as well.
If I now move on to my step count, which you can also see in the graph above.
The average of this was 10,803 compared to the previous week at 11,388.
So it has reduced……no surprise, I’ve started back at work this past week.
But I set a new (stat)….daily target as well for my steps.
From 9,000 steps to 10,000 steps and I’ve achieved this as an average over the week, so I’m very pleased with this result as well.
Obviously I’ve not being able to just go out for a long walk, whenever I wanted because it’s the first week back at work.
But I have managed to fit in as much walking as possible, I’ve extended my walks even after work.
So I have been getting home at quite a late time and having my evening meal, in my opinion probably a bit too late in the evening.
But I’ve managed to fit in those steps.
It’s that time of the week where we all get to see if I’ve managed to lose any more weight.
Especially some more of the Christmas weight that I’ve gained.
So here it is guys….heres my weigh in.
I weigh 168.1 kilograms which is 370.7 pounds or 26 stone 6.7 pounds.
This means in the last week I’ve seen a loss of 5.5 pounds or 2.5 kilograms.
But if I compare this result to result I obtained at Slimming World, you can see this right here.
At Slimming World this week I also saw a loss of 5.5 pounds or 2.5 kilograms.
This is another decent weight loss for this past week and it means I’ve now lost 49.1% of the weight that I’ve gained over the Christmas holidays.
Based on this week’s weight loss it sees my Body Mass Index (BMI) go from 49.8 down to 49.1
And I we look at my third weight loss target;
Last week it was 35.7% complete and after the loss it goes up to 43.6% complete.
So in the 209 weeks I’ve been doing this weight loss journey, I’ve lost a total of;
170.5 pounds which is 77.3 kilograms or 12 stone 2.5 pounds.
Next week is going to be my second week working with my newly set stats.
If I’m being honest the step count is proving to be…a bit tougher than I thought.
When you have a desk job and you are pretty inactive for most of the day…just sat behind a computer.
You can’t really fit in that many steps….so having to fit it all in after work…..it’s difficult, it’s time consuming.
But I’m still persisting with it and I know…it will get easier once they get used to it.
But yeah I am finding it a bit difficult.
Calorie consumption wise…….during the working week I think it’s pretty much perfect.
It’s Saturday, it’s the weekends where I still need to be careful.
But I’m happy to have my treat day still on a Saturday, but I need to keep it within 3,000 calories.
Fluid consumption; that’s perfect, keeping it above the new 3,500 millilitres.
is what I’m going to be aiming for and I’m sure I’ll be able to achieve that.
I’m hoping all of these combined is going to help me see another good loss result next week.
So I can lose some more of the Christmas weight that I gained.
But other than that guys, that’s it. That’s the end of this week’s video.
