  2. Very few percentage end up with colonized strains from probiotics. They are mostly transient, and just pass through before they are excreted. You get the benefit even if they don't colonize, as they will help to balance out the microbiota to get healing going. Though some, like myself, have problem with every probiotic besides Saccharomyces Boulardii. It certainly doesn't help if you have overgrowth and then throw on more bacteria in hope to have it clean things up. Gotta reduce numbers first, then balance and rebuild.

    I gave up on smoking pot and smoking. Started doing core-oriented Pilates, like really mainly only doing core workout. And that did the most for me. Not eating only. The muscles built up help digestion and just keep the guts in. It's the best habit I've formed in the last years. Just mad core Workout EVERY F**** MORNING. So awesome. 🙂
